So sorry to hear about RFE - it's always frustrating, especially after such a long wait... At the same time it means someone "alive" finally got to your case and it's been touched.

It's been a while since the original submission, so they just want an updated info.

I'd send the same stuff you' ve already nailed iin , just  since June 2017. If you got something else - great, then nclude it as well.

P.S. You are not" required" to have kids for I-751 approval :) so no worries :)

It should not take a long time to hear back after RFE response submission. Just send it as soon as you can.

Good luck to you and hope you have your approval soon!

Just wanted to follow up that we got notices this week that our case status is approved and green card is being made!

I'm back from a long hiatus.

I got an RFE, applied for a waiver (divorce waiver) and now my case has been transferred to a local office. My guess is that I will be getting an interview. I'm preparing with my attorney the best I can for this interview.

Interview was a success, my GC is now being produced. Now I'll wait until time comes to file N400, but for now, we take a break from USCIS.

Congrats! Now you can take a breath.

We’re still waiting! Haven’t heard a thing, no RFE’s or anything. So frustrating!

Yesterday we finally received our 18 months extension letter. However, we are in the middle of the 21st month so it is already expired. 😯

Hi All, CSC filer WAC17258  I-751 finally approved yesterday! My case was transferred to local field office (Milwaukee, WI) following my N-400 interview. It was not a combo interview as such, but the IO commented that the I-751 was still pending and so she could not fully complete the N-400 process, but that she would have the case transferred to her jurisdiction and approve it before finalizing the N-400. It took about a week total between the N-400 interview and receiving notification that the I-751 case was transferred and then approved.

The IO did say she would probably 'cancel' the 10-yr GC production since the Naturalization oath ceremony would likely be scheduled before then and I wouldn't need it. I still have my expired 2-yr conditional GC.

Hey! Did you have your oath ceremony or are you still waiting since January? Your timeline is not complete ad since I'm in MKE w/ a roc/n-400 combined case, I'm curious.

Hi, sorry I've been out of town and didn't get chance to respond right away - no I wasn't waiting too long, I just forgot to come back and update my timeline. I actually had the oath ceremony on Feb 7th, so around a month after the interview. The case status on both cases took almost a week to update and then the ceremony date notice letter came pretty soon after that. I got an approval notification for the ROC, but they never did produce a card. They did double check that at the oath ceremony check-in - the officer checking people in noted that my GC was an expired 2-year and said 'I take it you had the I-751 approved just recently' or something like that, and I just said yes.
