Congrats!!!!! :)

Well, I'm tending to give up my "wait for the last bank statement..." .. The more waiting - the more reading - the more questions - the more I get paranoid... I guess it's a "sign" to send my ROC package like it is :)

I hear you! If you have bank statements from previous months, you'll be fine. Are you just waiting for the latest month statement?

I have it through May 12,2017.

the last one is supposed to be from May 13. 2017 till June 12. 2017, and I was told last week by bank clerk that the statement should be available online by Monday, 12. I thought "great, this is the day I'm planning to send my ROC, so I will be able to include and this last piece".... Still nothing :(

So... Do you think I can send it without last one?

Ok.. another question about check.

It has both our names and etc. Usually one of us signs (doesn't matter who does)  and that's obviously fine.

But since it goes to USCIS -, do we both have to sign or just one my signature would be enough .. as it usually is..?...

Sorry, if it sounds silly.  I'm confused because we don't usually use check, we don't even have a check book :) And for AOS and K1 we used cashier's check or Money Order, but not personal check..

And another one "surprise"... from VJ guide...

"Personal checks must be pre-printed with the name of the bank and the account holder. Also, the account holder’s address and phone number must be pre-printed, typed or written in ink on the check. All checks must be typed or written in ink."

Did you, guys, put a phone # on the check?!!! .. Our check has names, address, routing #, acc. #.... that's it..

Yeah, it's the motto of my day -" the more waiting - the more questions ..sometimes stupid ones - the more i get paranoid".....

Do you have access to online banking? You don't need to wait for a paper statement if you check all your activity online.

Yes, I do, and this is what I'm waiting for - online bank statement... But for some reason it's still not 'there".

I see one more transaction pending from June 12... So I'm assuming this is the reason why the statement is not available ..yet...

Thanks for your reply.. Makes me feel much better about phone # :)

I just send a print out of the current months transaction history since the statement was not yet available (end of the month)

Oh and on checks,  one sig is fine.  Mine didn't have a phone number either.

Hi guys,

I have a quick question for those who got the NOA1 does the receipt number matches the receipt number of original I-485 i.e. the MSC no. On the back of your conditional GC? (Sorry if it has been asked before!)

I'm just binding together all my documents with ACCO fasteners as told to do by the USCIS site but these ACCO fasteners really cut into the papers worried that eventually the papers will come loose.

Did others find the same problem? Thanks

I used Top Bounded Report Covers. It comes as two pieces, joined by fastener.  One piece  - as a bottom, another one - as a top if you like, and I just took out its "fastener"  because it's not long enough and used ACCO instead- works great together! And looks so neat ! :)

I'm using the same fasteners but I think I need to put some card on top and bottom like you have to protect it from cutting the front and back page. Thanks

That's what i did - used those blue cards as a bottom and a top. I also used Avery Shipping labels (2 labels per sheet) - to stick on the top "Original submission, RE: I-751 and etc....

Well,  I didn't send my package yet, and  for now  I just left in blank  space not applicable. I did the same for AOS, besides - a sample here, on VJ, with blank boxes  as well.

At the same time PauPau is right, because this is what I-751 instruction says - to put N/A if not applicable..

So, honestly, this question still bothers me.   Would be really great to hear from others  their opinion and how they did go about that - blank or N/A in EACH 000 not applicable box...???

Yes, I put None and N/A, for example in part 5 (Family name of the child) I put None and N/A on physical address because some boxes do not accept slash. Part 9 about the interpreter I also put None because the format does not accept N/A... but I did not fill all boxes, just the first box on each part...??

Guys, about Part 8 (page 8) "Acknowledgement of Appointment..." the spouse need to write his/her name? Filling the form, my name appeared automatically. What did you do?

Thank you very much!
