Finally!   I saw an email this morning saying action had been taken on my case and I logged in to find my card being produced notice.  I hope it comes quicker that 120 days!  I filed May 28, 2017 but my NOA is June 1 2017.

Could someone share a link to where you can track your case on DHS site? Please and thank you.

Oh ok, I know this one. Thank you anyway!

It's weird though cuz according to DHS website they waived the filing fee which is not true

when you filed i-751, uscis created another form for you, called cri-89, which you didnt pay for. "waived the filing fee" was talking about cri-89

Hello everyone.

I've been looking at this post for a while and decided to share my case. NOA1 is June 19, 2017 (EAC17263XXXXX) and today I got the very first e-mail saying they are still reviewing my case and last action was on June 13, 2018.

June 13 happens to be the date on the RFE I got for an expedite request. I called mostly to inquiry the status because I was about to start a new job and they were asking for my green card and the Tier 1 representative basically pushed me into an expedite request. It turned out that my employer accepted the other documents I provided and now I don't know if I should answer the RFE or simply let it go. Does anyone know if not answering an RFE for an expedite request may delay the case?

Thank you very much and congratulations to all of you that have already been approved!

I just received the approval notice in the mail today! For some reason the receipt EAC number was different than what I previously got, so I never even got a text notification. The original receipt number showed up as CRI-89, but this new number does indeed show I-751.

I see a few June filers in the timeline who have gotten approval. I hope that your time will come soon too.

Congratulations...

I ask this question in other forum also. Just want to make sure that I am on correct path.

In N-400, I am going to apply based on 3 years marriage and will plan to leave blank part 9.

After arrival in US that is in 2015, I never left US. That means from last three years I am in US. Before my immigration 2015 I was in my country.

Part 9 : Time Outside the United States section:

 Just confirm the answer :

1.       How many total days (24 hours or longer) did you spend outside the United States during the last 5 years?

Answer:

2.       How many trips of 24 hours or longer have you taken outside the United States during the last 5 years?

Answer:

3.       List below all the trips …..

Answer:

Thanks in advance..
