hi everyone just an update,  I just checked dhs website and USCIS my account, both updated to  the message below.  the cellphone case tracker app didn't update anything, I searched all the cases in my day (EAC172560000xx)  nothing has been updated for 10 days now, so I think their app is updating whatsoever while a lot of case are actually being approved.  my NOA is June 12/2017   good luck every one!

We are producing your card and will mail it to you

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will mail your Green Card, employment authorization document (EAD), or combo card (EAD and advance parole) to the address you gave us. It may take up to 120 days to deliver your new card

@cqqzj and all others that got notice....Congratulations!

With such movement at VSC you'd think they'd get their game on and speed things up at CSC.  I cannot believe USCIS is allowing such a disparity between the 2 service centers!!!  One might want to call this a disgrace!!!

Hello, my Green card date of expiration was last year August 28th. The letter of extension expires August 27th of this year. We just made an appoinment for July 19th to get that stamp. I thought you can only go one month before the expiry?

I wouldn't go before. I went on 6/15 to get a stamp ( mine expires August 4th ). The ISO I spoke with turned me down saying I'm too early and I will have to come back anytime after July 30th.

Well i guess i am not so lucky as some other June filers..

We received a I-797 NOA with a receipt date of 06/08/2017 for my I-751 filing back in late May/early June 2017. and it stated the following - "Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year".

I had my bio-metrics appointment on 07/03/2017.

On 06/26/2018 i had an InfoPass appointment in Pittsburgh, PA. I had my passport stamped for 1 year from that date, so until 06/25/2019 (i did tell the lady that it's meant to be from the expiration of the GC but that did nothing.). I also asked the lady if she could see any updates on my file, she said the only update on there is when they did a national audit of all of the cases and that my application was still at Vermont Service Centre, basically untouched. So i walked out of there with my stamp basically and that's all.

Fast forward to today, 07/02/2018, i received a second I-797 NOA for my application that states the following "Your conditional resident status is extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your I-551, Permanent Resident Card".  The receipt date on the NOA is 06-08-2017, the same date as my original NOA..

What the f..? Anyone else had this?

Due to the I751 is all backed up, USCIS announced that they are sending out 18-month extension letters for cases that were still pending as of 6/11/2018(If I remember correctly). So yes, the 18-month extension letter is expected. I haven't received mine yet.

Ohh I didn’t see that announcement, thanks for the info! I’m guessing, like the NOA says, it’s 18 months from the greencard expiration date

The USCIS is now giving 18 month letters to new I-751 filers and sending new 18 month letters to replace the 12 month letters to people who have filed I-751 applications that hav not yet been approved because processing times have gotten so long. If they didn't then we would all eventually need infopass appts to get extension stamps in our passports...

Yes mine is the same. Even though I filed June 2017 it says received at local office April 2018. Unless thats when it was transferred to the local office and before that it was at Vermont? When I check my other CRI-89 number it says it was received June 2017 which is correct.
