Recently we had break ins to mailboxes in our town home community.  We now set up a PO Box and have all mail forwarded to this box.  Is there any issue with receiving/forwarding mail correspondence from USCIS for my active green card renewal and my N400 application?

Mail from USCIS cannot be forwarded to another address, but you can update your mailing address to a PO box if you so wish.

How would I do that?  I renewed my green card through the USCIS online system and filed my N400 as a hard copy.

Calling the misinformation line and giving them your new mailing address would probably be the easiest way.

You can get a mailbox from UPS or USPS and update your mailing address online on the USCIS my account page. All my communication  with USCIS comes to a mailbox.

Just experienced the same thing myself. Mailbox breakins... Got a PO box and updated USCIS specifically. Thing is, I tried filing AR-11 but really that's for a change of physical address, not mailing. So I call the mis-information line and was advised to actually write to my local office and advise them of the update. Well I never heard anything back, never a confirmation in either mailbox or text/call but when I went to my interview today, the officer had my letter there! So they were aware of the change.

USCIS My account has an option to update address.
