Passport / Visa name or Birth Certificate name on AOS. Vietnamese issue.

This is a Vietnamese specific question.

 

On my fiancee's passport lists her given name as her middle name then her first name (ex: Thi Thuy (middle) Vy (first), so her given name is Thi Thuy Vy on her passport/visa even though her real first name is Vy).

But on her birth certificate it lists it how it should be.

Yes, I know this is a thing they do on all Vietnamese passports since April 2016.

As directed by the social security office lady we had her Marriage Certificate match her visa so there isn't any confusion for the USCIS/SSN people (first name as Thi Thuy Vy)

 

My question is:

For her Green card forms (G325a, I-864, I-485, I-765, I-131, G1145) what name should we fill out?? Fill in her "visa given name" as her first name and not put a middle name? The woman in the social security office told us that from now on we have to fill everything out as it appears on the passport/visa. I'm just worried that we will get an RFE for the AoS/Green card forms because they wont match her birth certificate and first/middle name from the 1-129 k1-visa stuff.

 

Any Vietnamese K1-visa fillers input would be appreciated!
