Have a good day please tell me what is difference between CR1or IR1 visa????

CR-1 grants a 2 year green card for a conditional permanent resident. Within 90 days of it expiring, you must complete ROC. Upon successful completion, a 10 year green card (with no conditional status) is issued.

 

IR-1 grants the 10 year green card immediately (and the LPR has no conditional status, so no ROC is needed).

 

The process is identical for both. Which status you get is based on how long you are married at the time of entry into the US on the immigrant visa (<2 years = CR-1, >= 2 years is IR-1).

IR-1 is preferable, but you can't pick which one you get. You get whichever one you get based on how long you have been married.

I'm married in 2015 and my visa approve before travel my wife withdraw petition due to misunderstaning but after some time patch up and my wife come Pakistan and pregnant and went back to US. And reapply petition and our baby come in world last week and uscis approve my petition on 22april 2017 and now my case Nvc. Can you tell me embassy give me interview date advance in one month or 15 days because my wife and baby need me in USA.

If you are married for less than 2 years at the time of applying, you will get a CR1 visa. Otherwise, you'll get an IR1 visa.

The NVC and US Embassy will not expedite for this.  You will go through normal processing.  Sorry.

This is incorrect.

 

If you are married for less than 2 years when you POE, then you get the CR1 2 year green card.  If you are married for 2+ years upon entry, you get the IR1 10 year green card. 

 

Regardless it doesn't matter what VISA you get (IR1 or CR1) because the length of the green card expiration is determined upon entry to the USA and marriage date.  

 

If the OP married in 2015, and has stayed married the entire time that wife, then as long as he is granted the immigrant visa, and enters the USA on or after the 2 year anniversary of his marriage, he will be granted an IR1.  Obviously it's superior because you do not have to remove the conditions on the card.

Correct but one can obtain a CR1 visa, then enter the US AFTER the 2nd wedding anniversary and get the same unconditional status the IR1 visa holder would be granted.  Visa category is determined by how long from marriage date to visa issue, but status upon entry is determined by the time from marriage date to entry.  CR1 and IR1 are both visa categories and resident status categories.

My visa class is IR1 and my wife pay all fee and submit all document to Nvc. Please tell how long they take it for review for visa interview schedule. Recently my baby born in US and my wife write them a letter for speed up process.
