USCIS Doctor Refusing to Copy Vac Supplement?

So the only USCIS doctor in our immediate area keeps telling us that we are "wrong" and that the doctor Craig saw in Vancouver is not a USCIS doctor and therefore they cannot copy the vaccination supplement to the I-693. She is saying that he needs to get a whole new exam. We've tried pointing her to various immigration websites, she told us all those websites are wrong, too. Then we told her about the instructions on the USCIS website that say the medical exam is valid for 12 months.

Does anyone have any OFFICIAL USCIS website/paper anything, that says this is acceptable practice? Or should we just pass by this doctor and drive the hours to find a new one?

It is kind of comical to me that they didn't even ask for the vacinations when we were approved without an interview. Wonder why they need some and not others.

If the instructions on the form do not convince the civil sergeon, you can ask if they would get clarification from their supervisor. Our civil surgeon had an information number specifically for the doctors to call to get confirmation. They double-checked the list of vaccines needed for us.

Our Surgeon didn't want to take another Dr's word on our vacinations either. We brought in the supporting documentation (my history of vacinations from my Public Health Dept & Travel Clinics). Thats' how we got around it. He basically took those documents (not the Worksheet), and transcribed those.

I was hoping someone would reply to this as laptop did. I have read that many have had the same silly run around and just spent time on the phone and had it done by mail or fax.

It's ridiculous that she wouldn't transfer from the supplement from Canada. Doesn't matter that the panel physician isn't a "U.S. civil surgeon", the doctor IS a medical doctor. It's no different than if he brought his medical vaccination records from his family physician!

Show her the instructions that state that Craig doesn't need a full medical and I would also report her to USCIS or whatever because she's either totally misinformed or trying to make a quick buck.
