So I files my cr1 petition on October 31, 2016. I revived my rfe on may 20.

It basically asks for more proof of bona fide marriage. When I sent my application I did send pictures, our marriage certificate as well as translations, flight tickets and affidavits of friends and family.

They still ask for more proof. Now when I married I went back to the US and my husband and I didn't share any financial accounts due to distance so there'd be no point. Now when I sent my application Oct 31, I came to live with my husband. He added me to his bank account 1 week before the rfe. If I send a bank statement of that, more pictures, my last flight ticket, my residence visa here in his country showing we live together as well as letter of bonafide marriage, would it help ?I need advice. :/

How long have you been married? All the evidence you suggest is good. Any documentation of shared address is also good (e.g. letters addressed to both of you).

Been married for 1 year and 3 months. I have been living in his country for 9 months now. Unfortunately for chat logs, it seems I can't recover them since my account was hacked during that time. And he deleted his before we even considered filing.

I did send photos, affidavits from family, marriage certificate and flight tickets before but they still want more. So since I'm living with him now, I was thinking maybe writing a letter of bonafide marriage, opening up a bank account with him, sending my residence visa to show I'm living with him and more photos would help. What do you all think?

That's exactly what I meant. Also, evidence of shared address (letters to each or both of you addressed to the same place) is good!

This is egypt so there's not many letters I can provide with our names. Luke light and gas bill aren't paid to a company, they're paid to the landlord. I do have a cellphone contract here under but my just my name. Maybe it'll help showing I do live here. And we did open the bank account but I'm scared they'll see the bank account is recently opened. Or do they not care about the time its been opened as long as we share it?

It means a lot to me that you help, really thank you :)

Submit the bank account. Everything and anything that puts you in the same address, any joint bills, wills, gym cards,
joint land or property, joint health insurance is good proof. Anything that shows a co mingled financial life and co habitation.

More photos, receipts from trips together, receipts from landlord with both your names, joint lease, joint credit cards.

Affidavits from friends and family.

Unfortunately in Egypt it is difficult to do anything jointed. Her best case is to send more photos (recent), an affidavit of her living with her husband and his family, a copy of her passport pages showing the trips she's made to Egypt - including her residency visa, and her jointed bank account with her husband.

I believe this will be enough to prove bonafide marriage. USCIS will not care when you opened an account together, as long as you have an account that is jointed. That's all they really want.

Ok, so I"m late to this conversation, but I was wondering if you got approval?

I just submitted the I-130 for my husband (also Egyptian) and I included similar documents to what you mentioned: pictures, personal affidavit explaining our relationship, affidavits from friends/family (my mom, brother, and a mutual friend), our marriage certificate, flights, and tax returns showing married filing separately. After reading your post, I'm concerned that it's not enough.

To give a little bit of info about our relationship, we have been together 6 years and married 4.5 years. I spent 6 months in Egypt when we first started dating, we did long distance for a year while I finished college, and then I lived there another 6 months (that's when we got married). We would've started the visa process sooner, but he had to do his 2 years of army service first and the whole process was delayed an additional year because he was married to an American. It also wasn't an option for me to live in Egypt as I had student loans and needed to be working in the US to pay for them. I included pictures with the petition that covered the span of our relationship, pictures with his family, and pictures when my brother came to Egypt with me in October 2017.

Sure, but you will want to include evidence of how and how frequently you communicate.  Concentrate on evidence dated prior to filing the petition but you can add additional since then as well.
