My mother applied for my sister in Pakistan back 2015. So far to date we have only received I-797 Notice of Action. Should expected any other letter from USCIS. Or just wait until there priority date becomes current ??

Also i just checked June 2017 Bulletin, per bulletin they way i understood, they are reviewing cases for July 2015 - Please advise if this is correct.

you should receive the approval of he i130,

 

after it is approved, it will be sent to NVC, where it will be stored. the process is currently taking around 12 years, so you have more or less 10 more years of waiting

The June Visa Bulletin shows a current priority date of July 2005 for F3 visas, not 2015.  Still a long time to wait, sorry.

there are two types of bulletins,

 

the one from the service center which will tell you where is immigration working with the i130, the first form

 

once it's approved, you will have to check the visa bulletin to wait until the priority date becomes current

Okay so they way i am understanding is first i need to see Service Center Processing Time. Once there current date meets my priority date, case will be processed and executed and sent to NVC. Then once in NVC , wait for their call.
