Assuming you mean your petition is approved and send to the Embassy, the USCIS right now has nothing to do with the petition anymore since it at the Embassy stage. OP, you could try contacting the Embassy again and explaining it has been 20+ days. If CEAC shows ready, it is at the Embassy.

Soo I have to wait little bit before call them ?

I don't know how it works in Morocco but many embassies contact you via email. In our case it was the US citizen who received the email, so better check both of your emails carefully, spam folders and all.

If that's not how things are done in Morocco then you can call the embassy any time you like, why wait anylonger?

@amine93 you email the consulate again. I've dealt with Casablanca. Use the ivcasablanca@state.gov email address. As I told you, it took me emailing twice a week for five weeks to get a reply so keep emailing. You can call if you want but if you look at the consulate information, http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Morocco&cty=Casablanca

phone inquiries are accepted for one hour local time 3p-4p. I was never able to talk to a person when I called, the lines were always busy or I was on hold forever. The automated instructions after you phone are not in English.

Others may say just phone but from someone someone who has experience with Morocco, I'm telling you, email OFTEN. At least twice a week. Remind them of your expiration date and how many times you've emailed each time you email them.

In my case, US Consulate in Amsterdam did not appreciate people calling or emailing a "bunch of times". This is the reason I am hesitant on Visajourney to advise calling/e-mailing a lot. Especially if it's every day.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

That's exactly what I was thinking too.  If the NVC sent his case, why contact the USCIS?  I thought once the case moves to the NVC and NVC notifies you that it has been received from the USCIS, then USCIS is no longer useful to contact.  But I am learning as I go because I am new to this

I agree, because it depends on the person receiving these emails daily.  I can see a staff member ignoring an applicant who is emailing/calling daily.  And on the other hand, I can see a staff member expediting such a person to get rid of them lol

Well yes, you are thinking correctly. USCIS is not useful to help anymore as the petition is no longer in their hands. They can only confirm they send the approved petition to the NVC.

Yes, but I am not how another member who poste don this thread explained how he/she contacted the USCIS when their case was already sent to the embassy by the NVC.  Maybe I misunderstood them or misread their comment.  Not sure
