After getting the casse number we sent email to the embassy and they don't replay to us it's been like 20 days now what we should do ?

I'm not sure if all embassies work the same but when you sent them an email they should send you and automatic conformation email saying they recived it . Try messaging them again or if there is a number you can call you can try that too .

its better to call them and re-check because 20 days is a lot if you have not received the feedback.

This is how mines worked , after I got. A letter from uscis saying that my case was sent to my fiancé a home country's us embassy we waited a month for the embassy in his country emailing us the I instructions of all the stuff my fiancé needed for his interview .                      they told us that once we had all the documents and medical exam they requested we needed to make photo copies of all the documents and a photo copy of the medical exam envelope which shown the the address of the clinic and the doctors name . Once we had everything ready my fiancé dropped off the photo copies at the embassy and 10 days later we recived and email stating the time and date of the interview Saying to bring all original copies of documents to the interview .

I wrote to the consulate in Casablanca  twice a week for five weeks before getting an interview time. Just keep writing.

contact USCIS first    NO

Assuming you mean your petition is approved and send to the Embassy, the USCIS right now has nothing to do with the petition anymore since it at the Embassy stage. OP, you could try contacting the Embassy again and explaining it has been 20+ days. If CEAC shows ready, it is at the Embassy.
