Hi everybody I'm really looking for some help i'm very new and doing immigration papers i'm doing these papers by myself without the help of a lawyer I am doing the I-130 and then I would like to do the K-3 visa i'm just wondering what documents do I need to send with the I-130 any help about this matter would be appreciated thank you

Have you read the instruction sheet that accompanies the I-130? It contains all the information you need.

K-3 visas are obsolete. I know it's confusing that they still list it as an option technically, but your case will be processed as a CR-1/IR-1 once you send in your I-130.

this is a very good site for info on the visa process. Most people on here did the process without a lawyer

Careful study of all form instructions will be critical to your ultimate success.  The new 12 page I-130 can be very confusing.  K3 visas are no longer available and haven't been since February of 2010.  You won't read that on any government website, but the first NOTE on the state.gov page about the K3, is the policy change that effectively made the K3 and K4 visas unavailable.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
