Hi Guys my Window for submission of my Green Card is getting near. Need your advice guys if i have enough evidence. thank you.

Here is my cover letter, I would like to know if this would be enough.

Questions:

1. we filed married but separate taxes 2016 because i got 1099  and it would be the first time for my U.S. Spouse to do a 1099 but he attached a letter stated the reason was, he don't want his refund to be taken out to pay my taxes, would this be a problem? but i also include my 1099 taxes 2016.

2. We have separate Health Care Insurance

3. before i came here, the mortgage is under the name of my U.S. Citizen Spouse and my name can not be added on it unless we have to refinance, but we are not going to do that. will this be an issue?

Thank you! looking for the response

Your list seems extensive, and potentially satisfactory.  Not all couples co-mingle everything, and you have quite a few co-mingled items.  If you haven't filed yet, you might consider getting wills and living wills and including those.
