Good day!

Please help me with this, we received mail forn NVC if my mother is still interested on her petition in u.s.

my grandmother died in 1997 which is the petitioner and my mother died on 2006.

me and my brother wants to continue the petition. we both have our own family and i have a u.s. visa holder b1/b2.

my cousin in the u.s. which is already a citizen wants to support us to pursue the petition.

what are the things or ways on how we can continue our petition?

please enlighten me.

thanks,

rudolph

hi

there is no way the petitioner and beneficiary are gone

even if they were alive, if you are married you are out of the petition, only unmarried children and under 21 can benefit being derivatives

Based on what you posted there are no relatives that can petition for you. There are no petitions for cousins so your cousin can't help you.

Be advised that a B1/B2 is a nonimmigrant visa. You can't use it to  migrate to the US.
