Click on this link. Register your application number, and everytime there's an update it means it has been ' touched. '

That link does not help him move his case along, so why post it?

At any rate, to the OP - have you phoned your congressman or senator for help? If so, what did they say?

Tracy,

According to the OP's timeline, they sent in the I-130 in August, 06 (received NOA1 for that, then nothing) followed by the I-129F in Dec. 06 (also received NOA1 on it, but nothing since). For the K-3 visa, I'm not sure what the procedure is, that's why I suggested to the OP to post here in the K-3 forum. Are the I-130 and I-129 (for K-3 visa) supposed to be filed concurrently?

If the OP says that they logged in to USCIS and saw a touch on 2/7/07, I wonder if that was for the I-130 or the I-129f, or is it the same case # for the two petitions? In any case, I don't think either petition is yet beyond the USCIS deadlines for adjudication, so I'm not sure if congressman/woman involvement is yet warranted? (At least for the I-129f, the date per USCIS is September 13, 2006, but the OP filed in December....so they still have a little wait to be outside the "normal" date range, right?)

I feel bad, it seems this person is stuck in some sort of USCIS "black hole". I do hope he/she sorts it out soon.

-P
