My fiance and I met on OKCupid and never had a problem with it. OKC isn't IMBRA because it works as a free dating website. You don't need to pay to join it. If you get an RFE about it, you can send OKC's terms and conditions to prove it's not IMBRA but I honestly don't think you will.

We met on OkC too! If you sent in a printout of the terms & conditions of the site with your I-129F, you should be good.

 

If you weren't able to, there will be a high chance that you will be sent an RFE. In any case, just have that ready and also try to e-mail the OkC customer service to have them officially state that they are not an IMBRA site and include the e-mail together with the T&C in response to the possible RFE. :)

you think i could send something now with the printout of the terms and conditions to the California service center to avoid this?

Not really. It depends on the adjudicator on whether they will issue and RFE. Just wait and have those things ready.
