Hello guys, I want your view towards the quantity and quality of evidences I have sent to USCIS to remove conditions on my green card. I am asking this question because my husband wanted to keep our assets and income separate before and after marriage and we don't have that much evidence to show as a married couple. I'm comparing our evidence with the other members in this website). So I would like to know if what we have looks normal or way too small. I will really appreciate your insight on this.

1. tax return for 3 consecutive years

2. joint bank statement of 3 years

3. copy of prenup agreement (to show why we don't have joint everything)

4. pictures from the trips we were on and with families

5. car and medical insurance under his name

6. affidavit letters from friends

Do you have any joint credit cards, or are you listed on any utility bills?  Wha about letters, invitations or cards sent to either you or both of you?  We also did wills and living wills and included those as well.

Good Luck!

I am the only one who uses out of that joint bank account so we don't have both our names on the debt card and I included the congratulations letters we received when we got married. I didn't keep the invitation cards we were receiving :( and I already sent the application so unless they ask for ref, i can't send anything more.

I would save anything you get from here until the ROC is finished.  If you do have an interview, you can take them at that time.

ok. I'll do that. anything i should be saving if they send rfe?

Unless you left out any of the required items for the I751, you may not get an RFE.  However, if you don't get selected for an interview, I suppose they could ask for more supporting evidence.  You and your husband should consider getting wills, and if you take any trips in the near future, save that information as well.

Good Luck!
