Great news! Congratulations!!!

Our interview was scheduled for 1:30pm we got their around 12:55pm and went through security and gave our interview letter to the "persion behind the glass". He asked us to take a seat and at 1:05pm the Immigration Officer called us for the interview.

She asked us 4 questions.

1. She asked my wife, what my date of birth was.

2. She asked both of us how long we've been married.

3. She asked for me to verify my SSN

4. She asked for me to verify my phone number.

Next, she asked for evidence to support our marriage .... my wife had everything, wedding photos, bills, health insurance papers, 401k stuff, bank statements, cell phone bills, utilities bills, mortgage papers, marriage license. The officer briefly browsed over everything and circled in red ink where both my wife's name and my name appeared.

She asked for a copy of our marriage license and the past 3 years' tax transcripts for filing purposes, and that was it, she announced we were approved. She gave us an approval letter and indicated that the greencard will be mailed after production.

By 1:15pm we were in the car in a state of shock ... it went so smooth and we could not believe how difficult the journey was to get to this point, but we are grateful.

Good Luck to all, thanks to the enitre VJ family for your encouragement. All your experiences helped us through.
