That an American Citizens name was revealed during surveillance of a foreign official.  I realize that the entire Trump administration are Russian agents, so this is justified to the MDL, but it does tend to prove what Evelyn a Farkas and Susan Rice were saying, and lends credence to the opinion that the former administration was doing this for political reasons.

So tell me what actual crime is being investigated by all these august bodies and now a special prosecutor?

It's clear the investigations are "looking for a crime", rather than investigating already existing evidence a crime occurred. In the real world, it's called a witch hunt.

Nope I never said he was unmasked...how would i know that his named was involved?  Did Rice mention Flynn?   We can speculate that he was caught up because we know he had communications with Russia...but those unmasked names could have been unrelated.  And unmasking is not a crime.

How else did Flynn's name come up related to surveillance of a foreign official?  Someone somewhere had to violate protocol and unmask an American citizen, and then leak something that would have been classified at some level.

It's already well established, thanks to the media inadvertently reporting on it, and the follow-up investigations, that the Obama administration was already spying on the Trump campaign.

 

As usual though, as shown with Obama and Bush administrations, nobody ever goes to jail.. or if they do (i.e. Libby) they just get pardoned anyways. #Justice
