I had applied for US tourist visa in March 2017 for a small vacation in my friend's place in US, but it was rejected by form 214(b). I got married in May 2017 in India and my spouse is studying in USA in F1 visa in PhD program from 2016. We have decent funds and my spouse is also getting good stipend. I have applied for F2 dependent visa and my interview is in June 2017.

Please let me know will my previous B1/B2 visa rejection impact on my F2 visa and cause any problems in approval? Also, I am physically disabled person. I walk by using ankle crutches. Will my disability impact my visa approval?

The CO's are very smart people. Two months before you got married you filed for a Tourist Visa which was rejected because the CO did not believe your story and after two months you married a person studying in USA. Put yourself in the CO's shoes and think about it. CO might think you were acting smart and did not disclose in your B2 Visa application about your fiance. But since you are married to that person there is a chance you can get through. The best thing is to apply and find out and be prepared to be grilled by the CO.Best of luck.
