My husband has been here in US 11 months today. I'm 26 years older. Age is only a factor when you have weak evidence. They look at the totality of the relationship not just one thing. They can't just discriminate for age.

 

So if you packed a good quality petition you should have no issues.

I think that as long as you are confident in yourself and your relationship and that you are there for the right reasons, you will be okay. Put it into prayer and again, as I mentioned, if it's for the right reasons God will see that you both will be united. My fiancé has his interview soon at the same Embassy and Im aware of the fraudulent nature of many people there. Take your supporting evidence and answer clearly. You will be fine!

A different race is not a red flag, nor is it a sign of suspected fraud.  It's typical to be marrying out of your race when in the immigration journey.  In a very weak case where there are other red flags, they may possibly look at race bring a red flag, but probably only in the case where they're suspicious of a whole lot more. 

 

A different religion could be a red flag if they are two devout people with two different religions, or where it is culturally unacceptable to marry someone of a different religion.
