Hello everyone! So my now husband came in March to the US with the K1 Visa and we got married 2 weeks later (hooray!) Then our baby was born! (Blessed!) Make a long story short, we weren't able to send out our papers for the AOS right away. Now I am having a bit of trouble understanding the household size/ income requirement! I know it says this:

Your household size includes yourself and the following individuals, no matter where they live: any spouse, any dependent children under the age of 21, any other dependents listed on your most recent Federal income tax return, all persons being sponsored in this affidavit of support, and any immigrants previously sponsored with a Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ affidavit of support whom you are still obligated to support.

- I am unemployed right now, so I have no income. But the income I had was insufficient. Can both of my parents be my joint sponsors? My parents do their taxes together. My Dad makes around 26,xxx annually and my Mom makes around 22,xxx anually. Now my question is....I am not in my parents taxes anymore as of this year. Living In my house now is Mom, Dad, Siblings, Husband, baby & I. But if both my parents are my joint sponsors the houshold size would be Mom, Dad, sibling and my husband right? Baby and i are not including in their houshold size since baby was just born & and we (baby and I) are not dependents even if we are living in the same house right?

Thank you for your time and help! :)

As of this year, just my sibling. But I don't know if they have to include Baby & I since we live in the same house.

In order to do that you would have had to provide SSN's.  If just your parents and sibling, they'd need a household of 4.
