as for now, i did not get any vaccinations according to US law. so i answered "No" , but there are other people suggest that i should answer "YES" as i am going to receive the vaccination before the interview. but yet, i don't have any documentation now. how can i answer such question.

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?"

If you do not have the vaccinations when you answer the question and sign the document, even electronically, then answer no and explain that you will recieve all required vaccinations at the medical in time for interview.  That is the correct and appropriate answer.

You answered correctly.

I remember selecting no and then, where it gives you room to explain, writing 'vaccinations will be acquired prior to interview'.

Whoever is advising you to say yes is lying on their forms.  It's not a big lie but it's a lie.
