AOS, ROC requirements question

Hi, just a question for ROC requirement..

 

My husband and I have a Joint credit card, do i have to make copies of the front and back of the credit card?? If so, do i need to blur or cover our account numbers?? do i also need to copies of statements??

 

We also have a joint checking account that was opened since we got married.. I already have a statement from the bank showing when our joint acct was opened and balance and that it's still active.. is that enough?? Or do i also need to submit copies of all our joint bank account statements (2014-2017)???

Also, are Joint Tax Return Transcripts better than sending ur 1040 form, w2?

Transcripts are better because they have all schedules attached.

They like to see bank statements from inception of marriage to see who pays for what and how you financially co mingle. You can take every other or every third statement. No need to blur out cc numbers. Read the list in the ROC guide on other items you may have that you can submit.

-- I just photocopied the front of both our credit cards and decided to cover the account numbers but leave the last 4 digits. You may or may not cover it. Yes, you need copies of bank statements. You can do quarterly or monthly statements. I did quarterly statements and it's fine.

- You can submit the statement from the bank showing when it was opened and it's still active and yes. it's better to submit copies of joint bank statements. You can do every quarterly statements or monthly statements. I did quarterly and it's fine.

Pay stubs prove your current income,  submit 6 pay stubs and employer letter.

Oops, had AOS on the brain. You can submit pay stubs for proof of address and direct deposit going into a joint account.
