Bringing Unmarried child of Permanent Resident to USA

I would appreciate if someone can share experience or advice and can help me with the following:

 

My unmarried child is a Canadian citizen living in Canada, I want to sponsor that child. 

My questions is what form I will file besides i-130 and i-864 (Affidavit of support)

1) Will I also have to file form i-485 or not, since this person is not in the United States and all paperwork will be sent to a designate consulate in Canada. The interview/processing will be also be done     in Canada.

2) In case of approval what kind of document that person will be given to travel/migrate to US.

No need to AOS, it's a 7+ year wait unless the visa category is eliminated which is possible

I have done some research, the category is following as listed on USCIS website:

Preference Categories

When petitioning for your relative, the following preference categories apply:

• First preference: Unmarried, adult sons and daughters of U.S. citizens. (Adult means 21 or older)
• Second Preference (2A): Spouses of green card holders, unmarried children (under 21) of permanent residents
• Second Preference (2B):  Unmarried adult sons and daughters of permanent residents

as said for now the i130 only, as of today, the current wait is over 6 years and he must be unmarried all the time, at least until after you become a USC

 

residents cannot file for married children. his category is F2B
