I applied for both of my parents green card on Nov 2015, my father passed away in Feb 2016 but I went to the interview with my mom on April 2016. They said they approved my father but not my mother yet because the FBI has not given them the biometrics results yet. So it is been over one year and still no response. We have called them 4 times and they only say to wait, I submitted a case review more than a month ago and no response. What else am I suppose to do? I just made an info pass appointment but I do not think they will be very helpful.
