Does anyone know what the next steps are after getting NOA2 approved? I don't think my fiancé mailed out the DS-160 correctly. Instead of emailing it electronically he mailed it by mail. They sent him a letter from the US Embassy in Belgrade stating that he needs to send his application in. So he filled it out electronically and sent it and then also mailed it again. Will we have any issues with the way the application was sent?

Also does he need to call to schedule the interview or do they call him? We are a little confused because the letter tells him that they will call him, but when I read it online it says that he needs to call them. Does anyone know how this process works? I would greatly appreciate any help on this! Thank you in advance.
