My fiance, who lives in the UK has gotten his ACRO report back and there are two things that have showed up on there.  One was an incident with an Uncle when he was fourteen where he and his Uncle got into an altercation and he bit his Uncle on the hand.    The verdict says, "Referral order 6 months" or community service.  The other incident was when he was tossing a stone around as a child and accidentally broke a car window.  That incident ended up with just a warning.

He is very worried and upset that these two incidents, both of happened when he was a juvenile, will prevent the K1 from being granted. My understanding was that since he was a juvenile, the charges are considered "spent" and should not pose a problem.  A lot of kids do stupid things and I am sure they understand that, but he is still worried.  I was wondering if anyone knows how they treat incidents like that and if we have anything to worry about.

Thanks!

He needs to obtain a SAR regarding the incidents that are appearing on the police certificate and should be prepared to discuss it if asked. I don't see it being a problem though. Does he have any other records regarding the cases?

Thanks so much for everyone's responses.  We requested an additional report because it was a juvenile incident that has been spent.  Is that what is called the SAR?   I have told him that he should go ahead and get it and he ordered it a couple of days ago.  I told him just to answer their questions (truthfully of course) if and when they inquire about it.   The truth is always the best option!

Subject Access Report is what you need to reveal the details of the spent convictions. A Caution in the UK is not a warning like you are thinking. It is a guilty plea accepted and settled without going to court. The interviewer needs to see something official instead of him saying "I was a kid and got a warning." They simply want to see date, actual charge, and any punishment or fine.  It won't prevent the visa. Just part of the paperwork to have documentation of any conviction. You may need that again, so hang on to the SAR for future immigration processes.
