Hi.  My fiance and I are going to be moving after the time we were issued the K1 visa but before the time we apply for Adjustment of Status.

How and when should we file a Change of Address form?

No later than 10 days after you have moved.

I should have explained myself better.  My fiance isn't in the United States yet.  She's got her K1 visa and will be arriving this July.  When she arrives, she and I will be moving to a different location.  (Literally:  I'm going to leave my address in Florida, go to the airport, pick her up, and then we will be flying to my address in New York.)  Then we will get married after a few weeks and be living there.  Then a few weeks later after we get the official marriage certificate, she will apply for adjustment of status.  So, do we file a change of address contemporaneously with with the adjustment of status?  Before?  After?

If the NY address is her first address in the US and the one she plans on using for the AOS then I don't think she needs to change her address at all with USCIS. I never made an address change with USCIS when I moved from Sweden to the US anyways. I only started using my US address on the AOS forms so this is the address all my USCIS documents/letters are sent to.

You don't need to change your address with USCIS since you're a USC.
