Your RFIE and Biometrics are for different things. Your biometrics is for FBI so they can do a background check. Your RFIE is because they want more evidence. Two different things.

An initial review of the evidence submitted with your application to register permanent residence or adjust status determined that form i693, report of medical examination and vaccination record, has not been submitted or has been submitted and is not sufficient for the following reasons.

**A complete and signed I 693 was not submitted

You will be required to submit a valid complete and signed form I 693 at a later date please follow these instruction.

* If you receive an interview notice in mail, you must bring your updated form I 693 to your interview appointment .

* If your case does not require an interview, you will receive a request for evidence for the form i693 with instructions on where to send form i693

DO NOT MAIL THE DOCIUMENTS AT THIS TIME. Mailing documents before receiving one of the notices referenced above may result in a delay to your case.

Guys after my biometric I received this notice of applicant. I already did my medical and vacation before travelling to US and it is also not expire yet. now why they are asking again for medical or vacation and I also received one more notification about evidence, three things they asked and I mailed them back , In that notice they didn't asked for this form i693 , now they said form was not submitted ??

Now I am confused , shuld I go for my vacinaton to save time or I wait for any other notice from uscis.

Looks like either the paperwork in your original file was lost, not correct or the officer made a mistake.

If you have a completed and signed DS-3025 than you do not need the I-693. If you do not have that form you'll need to get the I-693 signed. For now wait for either an interview letter or the RFE.

I think you should wait and see what the interview letter will state. Since you already did your medical and it has not expired. I believed you filed form DS-3025. All you have to do now is wait and see. You will be told what to do on the Interview letter.

Have your husband call them and tell them he has his EAD card already. That way, you will have it on file that you responded to an iniqury from USCIS. All correspondence from USCIS should be officially addressed. Please do not ignore any official letter from USCIS. Call them and speak with Tier 2 office.

Good luck
