Can't Schedule Appointment

Hello, this is my first post but I've been lurking here ever since we filed for a K1 visa 6 months ago looking at the helpful info people post here.

 

We've done everything up to scheduling the appointment with the London Embassy, only because the website won't let us schedule it. My fiancee in London has attended the medical appointment, filled out forms DS-160 and the Notification of Readiness, but the web system still won't let us schedule an appointment and keeps saying we need a letter from the Consular.

 

Am I missing something? The instructions on the UK embassy website specifically state you can schedule your own appointment after you follow those steps. Do we have to wait a few days after doing the Notification of Readiness?

Sorry I have no experience with the new book it yourself system but if you have been trying for a few days you could use the contact form on the embassy website to ask them if there's a problem?

We figured it out!

 

It turns out she was entering the case number one letter wrong.

 

I appreciate the help anyway!
