Have previously filed I-130 for EX now filling K1 for Fiance - Question 43

Hi Guys,

 

I have previously filled Spouse Visa I-130 for my EX about 1 year and half ago which i ask to cancel since we were going to separate. That case was approved from the service center and sent to NVC at the time. I sent them a email to cancel the case, they requested i send it in writing which we did and then they sent the case back to service center after i asked to cancel. When I check the status of that case online it shows  "On February 14, 2017, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number XXXXX, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done.

 

This is the email i got at the time 

 " Receipt Number: XXXXXX
Application Type: I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE 
Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity 
On February 14, 2017, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number XXXXX, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done.

Do I need to worry about this case, since i had already asked them to cancel the case?

 

I am now filling K1 I-129F for my fiance, I am of course including the divorce certificate with my petition.

 

There's a question asking if I have previously filled I-129F before on the I129F form Question 43, my answer would still be no correct since it was a spouse visa i filled previously?

 

Also I did not see any other place in the form where it asked for if I have previously ever filled a petition before is that correct?
