Hi,

its been a long time since I posted. My husband & I went through the k1 process & in a few months we will be applying for removal of conditions. He's been doing some schooling, but I'm the one working. His EAD expired awhile back-do we need to reapply for it, or can he work & be paid with his 2 year green card? There's been a substantial job offer for him & im hoping we don't have to wait for another work authorization. I can't find any conclusive information when I search online. Thank you for your help.

I am the petitioner.

He hasn't had an interview yet, because we can't apply for removal of conditions until August (90 days before expiry of his conditional card). Currently he only has his temporary card which is why we're confused.
