So here's the thing... I've been going crazy waiting for my visa to just get to me. The embassy gave me the blue-slip of approval that they do in Cambodia which means they've decided to approve my visa. They told me to come back in three weeks to get my passport with my visa, but three weeks is a long time and maybe something would happen and I won't get to go after all. AND I CAN'T STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT.

 

So to force myself to think literally anything else: Does anyone here enjoy playing D&D in Portland? I'm assuming there's a large gaming group in pretty much anywhere in America right? Like... it's in Cambodia (where I live and work) that it's rare. It's in Brunei (where I grew up in) that it's rare. And yet, I manged to find a dedicated group of people willing to play regularly every week. I'm even about to finish the first campaigned I've ever DM-ed.

 

Anyway, I figured since all I ever do is visit this forum to read stuff, I might as well talk about something that's off topic on the off topic forum.

 

Anybody else enjoys D&D here?
