AOS, EAD and AP sent, timeline to receive a notifaction?

I sent the AOS, EAD and AP documents to USCIS lockbox 2 weeks ago but they haven't text or email me a notification for the reception of the package. I sent the package by USPS and I have the confirmation it was received by uscis. I would like to knoe what's the time frame for USCIS to sent me a notification? should I call them? or should I resend the documents?

Be advised the notifications can take up to 4 weeks.

please be patient this process could be very stressful

 

in my case ( IR1) i received the appointment letter for biometrics like 4 weeks after we sent the petition. And EAD+AP arrived 3 month later
