No, they never sent any. Even the lawyer that we have, sent in a letter asking if they needed any evidence that we would be happy send in what ever they required. But that was to no availe. We got back the same bull ####### answers saying that our appliation was still processing that that it needed further review. When our lawyer sent in our paper work she did not send in any evidence at all with the I129F or the I130. They only thing that she sent as proof was our wedding certificate. I have been thinking of taking my own initiative and putting a packet to gether and sending it in any ways to see if any of this might help. I might send it assinged sentor so that the person that is helping ot work on our ase can send it in on our behalf. At least I know that if a senator or congressman send in something they will make a better attempt to locate you file and at least havea look at it. I feel that if they submit the extra evidence to be attached on my file .....at least it will be matched to the correct petition. AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGgg :crying::ranting::cry:

No, they never sent us any type of RFE. Even the lawyer that we have, mailed a letter to USCIS asking if they needed any further evidence and she also told them that we would be happy to send in what ever they required. But that was to no availe, because all we got back was the same bull ####### answer saying that our appliation was still processing and that it needed further review.

One thing that bothers me however, is that when our lawyer sent in our paper work she did not send in any extra evidence at all with the I129F or the I130. They only thing that she included in the petitions as proof was a copy of our marriage certificate. I have been thinking of taking my own initiative and putting a packet together to send in to them....... in hopes that it might help. I might send it to my assinged senator so that the person that is helping to work on our case can send it to USCIS on our behalf. At least I know that if a senator or congressman sends in something they will make a better attempt to locate the file and at least have a look at it. I feel that if they submit the extra evidence on my behalf our information has a better change to be attached to the correct file. What do you all think? What would you do in my shoes? sometimes, getting a lawyer does not make a big difference. good thing, i discouraged my husband of getting one.

oh well, thanks to VJ...

i think, you should ask your senator or congressman's help. you've got nothing to lose.

Dip Sticks (that sounds kinda weird to be calling people in a non-hostile mannter)., have you considered filing the I-874 form? To my understanding, that's the one you send in when they're taking longer than normal on your case to get it expedited. It only costs $200.

Get that? You pay $200 to have them do what they were supposed to be doing anyway.

I call NVC every day.... at least twice a day, and USCIS at least once a day. Not because I expect any good news, but because I need someone to focus my ire toward. They really should fire every single CSC K1 petitioner filer person and go out and rehire the most bleeding heart liberal hippies they can find.... which shouldn't be too hard in California. I just feel like our file is sitting on the desk., no... on the chair of the person working our case. At this point, I'm beginning to feel that the CSC is a collective of some of the most heartless, uncaring, bitter individuals to ever grace the face of this earth. They'd be much more suited to work for the IRS than the branch of the government who's focus is family based VISA's.

Of course, the absolute part of the entire ordeal is there's nobody of influence to complain to. Involving senators, congressmen or the such is only an option after your case falls outside of their 'xx' day barrier. That barrier takes no regard to the discrepancies between a case being filed at one service center versus another. That barrier allows them to say 'you are still within the processing timelines' and excuses them from addressing the underlying issue.

It's just business to them. We're not worth the effort.

It seems that CSC is the 'work horse' for INS, could the slow down be attributed to the 133,000 H-1B applictions they received at the beginning of April?

Mine was June 5 for a really long time, this week it jumped to June 12. I wonder what factors make ours so different considering we both filed initially at Texas and received our NOA1s within a day of each other.. .

Hmm that is odd....(I'll definitely have to keep an eye one your case!!)Those dates are just based on the VJ data as well, aren't they? I wonder if it has to do with filing date? We did mail ours earlier. Had it sent back due to expiration of the I129f Form.

If you fill out your timeline... :time: at the bottom of it, there is a statement that reads "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as June 6, 2007*." or some such date. To go to timelines, go here

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/

This is the date that they guess you may get an NOA2 based on the data that is gathered from everyone that enters in their info into the timelines.

IMHO, I think VJers' timelines are based from each case movements at CSC. If it's a slow week, the average days for a case to be adjudicated changes - it goes down.

The purpose of VJ timeline is to give us an idea of how long it will take for our case to get approved but for real - in CSC's own timelime - it can go faster or slower.

I can feel you guys! Being at CSC indeed, takes a lot of patience... been there and playing the waiting game wasn't very easy. Good thing we're through to this part of the journey...

Good luck to all of you! May God bless you all!

Now how can this be, we both have the same filing date, yet my timeline says June 3rd ? I'm trying to think of this as a game called Mercy vs. Cruelty.
