Is it me but it seems California has stayed still since the last processing times up date today? I'm sure it was early June as of the 28th Feb and it doesn't seem to have moved, whereas Vermont has gone from the 29th of Feb to April.    Which beggars the question what have California been doing for the month of March?

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

The processing times displayed on the website are historically inaccurate.

If you call USCIS a tier 1 agent will be able to give you more realistic/up to date times.

No, sorry, actually they won't. USCIS will claim those dates are correct. Of course they're not up to date. Anyone can see that. But it means we can't make service requests, slowing them down even more.

Meanwhile, CSC has, indeed, slowed down to a crawl, while VSC has almost caught up.

Let's be honest. While of course, we want both offices to be churning out the approvals within the 4-6 months they're supposed to take for this straightforward process, it certainly wasn't fair that people who had to apply at VSC were waiting twice as long as those who got to apply at CSC

Hopefully, now that (in real time, anecdotally, as we can see from VJ's ROC threads) VSC and CSC are almost even in the processing times race, they'll both start moving forward together.

Is your timeline updated?

True, the processing times are more accurate it seems on visa journey than the USCIS and true about VSC catching up as they were so far behind.  I keep thinking about their meeting that @Derwood shared with me. It was a Vermont meeting that mentioned the ridiculous waiting time for VSC and how they wanted to cut that waiting time to 6 months.  They are no where near that projection, don't know if they hired more staff as the proposed to do so either.   I think them cutting the wait down to 6 months is not going to happen..... more chance of seeing "Flying Pigs" and its not Christmas either! lol

I am so frustrated... My husband filed in Feb, 2016 and now Vermont is processing April! Last time I went for an infopass, an officer has been assigned to our case since Feb 2017, which is 3 months now... I am starting to worry if the officer lost our case?? Sigh..

No, sorry, they will.

During my last two phone calls I was given a broad processing date by a tier 1 agent and then on a further conversation with a tier 2 agent he told me what date the Denver office were proceeding at; which was much further along than the USCIS website states.

Tier 1, never. They regurgitate what's on the website.

Also, the "Denver office" processing times for I-751s are irrelevant, except if you're in Denver and being scheduled for an interview. My case was stuck in VSC for 14 months and never went to the Boston office. Local offices only touch ROCs in case of interviews, so there's no need to know their processing times unless that's your situation.

VSC won't lose your case but USPS could lose mails. When was the last time you guys made an infopass or service request? Make sure they haven't sent you guys an RFE letter that USPS lost. This happened to one petitioner from our month. Also, have you guys applied to N400 yet?

Interesting,  that they have the field office time line for ROC, wonder where Pittsburgh stand with their interview times?  Unfortunately it is absolutely true what @Mollie09 said this will only relate if you are called for interview and in the interim period all people who don't get an interview will have to wait and wait and wait and wait!

We went first week of May, this month, and they confirmed nothing was mailed out. I plan on going again every 2 months, so next time would be July.. Hopefully we will get something by then! I do fear I will miss notices, since we did change addresses last year.. but the change was successfully done online (got receipt confirmation and also confirmed at the infopass appopintments).

The only official field office based timeline for ROC interviews I've seen so far is listed here https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Outreach/Notes from Previous Engagements/PED-Field_Ops_Agenda_October_2015_Cleared.pdf

Pages 5-6 and it doesn't actually give the timeline but gives the delay after the field offices received the files from the service centers. Little out dated from October 2015 but it is scary to see some field offices have almost 2 years delays for I-751 interviews whereas there are few that only wait few weeks. Unfortunately, Pittsburgh not on the list.

Thanks. I see this was 2 years ago and they promised to do something about it and have they??   Ummm nope!

I looked at Pittsburgh and it said its processing Sept applications for AOS, so im thinking well ROC will be after that date. I have this feeling I'm going to get an interview and the reason why is because of my bio-metrics, I kept saying to the person there I won't get my GC for around 13 months and they kept insisting nope it will be sooner you will get an interview. I thought they had no access to my records, although they must to put in my info for bio-metrics.   Any how since then I keep thinking was this person telling me something I didn't know about or was this person confused about the time it takes for ROC and that there is rarely an interview? I guess time will tell, unless they tell me something tomorrow when I go to get my passport stamped after having my GC stolen. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have some kind of clarity but i doubt that will happen!
