Second time applying for K1 for same person, wasn't rejected just got cold feet.

Is this a typo and is "or" supposed to be "for".  

 

If if its the same person am I supposed to fill this part out?  I don't have the A number this paper is referring to

How far in the last process did you get? Through USCIS with NOA1 and NOA2? Or was the K-1 actually issued?

 

• If it was just through USCIS I wouldn't worry about the Alien # honestly since it doesn't apply.

It is correct as-is (albeit maybe not worded the best).

 

You would choose "Yes" for 14 and enter "None" fror the A-number if you never got one. That said, if you received a NOA2 in the past, the A-number would be on that.

 

What version of the I-129F are you using? It looks like you're using the older, 6-page version. That version will only be accepted until June 9th. The 4/10/17 edition is the most recent form. You can still use it, but you would need to send it and have them accept it (not approve it, though) before that date.
