Case was expedited to Dominican republic Embassy

My husband CR1 case was expedited to the Dominican Republic embassy. My question is, do I go ahead and schedule the interview or do I need to wait for email instructions from the embassy? I called them yesterday but all they told me was to wait 24 to 48 hours but didn't really addressed my question.

Yari do you have any answers yet? Curious what happens at this stage if expedited! Good luck I hope it passes quickly, As I understand it the processing just continues at the consulate in The embassy. IF you received your package 4 did that have any instructions!!

hello I called them once they received the case which only took one day and the next day after calling them they sent my husband instructions to proceed with creating the profile and setting up the appointments which I did. I was able to schedule his vac and interview appointments. Now just waiting for the big day.
