NVC is asking for my Police Clearance

My husband has submitted all the required documents to NVC and also paid all the fees. It's been almost 1 and a half month. Then when he called NVC to know the progress they asked for my police clearance. Wasn't I supposed to show it in my interview? I can still send it to them within 10 days. But my question is, is it gonna take more than 11 weeks after sending this single document again.

And how long does it take to get the interview date from Dhaka US embassy after nvc is done reviewing all the documents?

Even same goes to my case ,I have sent my ds260 form on 16th April n they have registered in their website on 22april n they told me to send other supporting documents n I have sent it on may 10  all my documents to NVC but  while checking  status it's shows nothing expect  summit supporting documents  no any update that they have received my documents but when I track my DHL it's show delivered ,about police report as per my knowledge we need to summit on interview but I have stayed in India for 2years so I have sent that too to NVC,my husband called to NVC and  they told that it takes 9weeks to complete the process .so let's hope for the best

Month mistake

You are supposed to send in Police clearance with your package if you are doing CR-1 not sure the process for K-1.. Now if you send in new documents it resets your time again for 11 weeks.

Can you tell me if I need to send all the documents again or just the police clearance that they asked for?

Just you need to send police clearance,about timing it won't take 11weeks just they will consider your police clearance as the same time frame it won't drag the time,even I forget to fill my G325form so they asked me as request for initial evidence for G325form but time as same as my time frame.good luck

It still shows asking for all the documents. I heard it will remain like this until your case is completed reviewing.

Hahahaha yeah even mine is same so I am worried but my husband called to NVC they said it will take 9weeks to complete the case n sometime they won't update in software ,thank you

I heard it takes 11 weeks :/ but now it's gonna take more days because I've to send the police clearance now.
