Because your US visa didn't get approved, it'll be near impossible for you to get a Canadian visa. IMHO the best way would be to have your wife live with you in Pakistan for a while or at least visit, 2-3 times. If you show that you guys are serious about being with each other and it's not a scam to get citizenship, your chances of getting US visa will improve. So, instead of trying to apply for Canada, you should focus on proving to USCIS and Consulate that your relationship is genuine and you're not desperate to move to a western country. This is just my humble opinion of course.

I will take your advice sir that's good idea thanks for helping all of visajourney members I appreciate it

...If only it was that easy....sigh. I have visited my husband 7 times, getting ready to leave next week for my eighth visit AND we were denied this week. I just wonder how many dang visits it takes...100, 200???? I just hope I live long enough for him to get approved. I can't quit my job and go live there. But we have put in some serious time together in addition to our daily chats. We haven't found out why yet why he was denied, but I am at a loss so far. You get to wondering what will give out first...your health or money.

I am sorry to hear that did you went with him on interview day ?

No, I did not go because I am a teacher and it is hard to get off when school is in session. Looking back, I wish I had. I never once in a million years thought they would think he was a green card scammer (if that is what it is, as we haven't gotten a reason for their returning our papers). You can be sure if he gets a second interview, I will be using my sick days or whatever to go with him to the interview.

The crazy part is you can't change your age differences, religion, previous divorces, or your past life. So what is a person to do? Like I said, I would think 6.5 years and 7 visits would prove that our relationship is real, but obviously something was wrong. I have the feeling they had their mind made up when he went to his interview. He felt that he was treated like a criminal during the second "interview."

We will never give up. Tell your wife it's ok to go visit you there. Just keep her in safe places. BUT you have to allow about 2 months for your wife to get a visa to visit you.

For your wife to get a visa, she will go the the website for the Pakistan Embassy http://pakistanconsulateny.org/PDF/visa-form.pdf. She will apply for a vistor visa, which is close to $200.00. The first time I applied, they gave me a 90-day visa. The second and third times, they gave me a one-year visa, although I asked for a family visa that is good for 5 years, but they just sent me the one year one.

Allow at least 6-8 weeks for the visa. She has to send her passport with the application. You will need to give her a letter of invitation to send with the application, saying she will be staying with you and that you are responsible for her. You must also send in a return envelope. Make sure you get a signature receipt. I sent mine to Washington, DC, but it depends on where she lives. Just follow the directions and good luck!

You have no right to a visa just because you married a USC. It's a privilege not a right.
You have a right to be married and you also have a right to live in your country together.
Your wife does not seem to understand how the court system works here, she really needs to educate herself on the immigration
process and come on here and ask the questions.

I want to visit my husband so badly, but his mother is in ICU in the hospital. If she passes away, he will have to be away for 10 days, and I can't stay by myself. I am soooo frustrated!!!

I think our interviews were the same day. I am going to call Monday and see if there are any updates. The CEAC updates shows only sent back.
