As I said earlier, she needs to get a certified copy of the marriage certificate from the county/city/country where the marriage took place....and then she just sends that in.  

 

She has only left untranslated marriage certificate in srilankan language because we got married in srilanka

Then she also needs to get the marriage certificate translated into English and send that in as well.  If she did not send in the translation the first time, makes sense why they are asking for the documentation again---they didn't know what it was, most likely.

hi all, please review my timeline and suggest what would be next, also how long it will take to settle refused, till day i haven't received any letter or email from embassy. although contact embassy proactively and they stated wait for six months at least and your case is in AP. please suggest or advise what next.

I got status on uscis and it's says Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It On September 18, 2018, we received your correspondence for Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number ****** We are reviewing your correspondence, and will mail you a notice if we need something from you. Hi and how are you?  My wife call the uscis two days ago and she talk with 2nd tier officer and she said our case is reaffirmed in june 2018 and yesterday our case status update on uscis and we didnt receive NOIR but our case status says this

Hello guys how are you all? I hope everyone is good.So today my case status updated on uscis website and its says case was approved instead of saying reaffirmed because my case was returned to uscis as consular return and now uscis update my case status case was approved I don't know what's that mean? Any help will be highly appreciated thanks

Thanks even it's not say reaffirmed it's says case was approved and my wife is coming in march
