I'm from Pakistan and I can tell the OP that your case is a big red flag for the US embassy, because inter-racial and inter-religious marriages are not a norm in Pakistan, especially in a situation like yours, i.e., you didn't know your wife for a long time before marrying her and you two haven't spent a lot of time together. Men marrying much older women (unless it's a family arrangement or property involved or something) is also rare. So, I am sorry to say, but I doubt your case will be processed any time soon. They might deliberately prolong it to see whether you stay married or not.

I guess the things that you must do in order to prove that you are not committing visa fraud and the marriage is only for a Green Card (I'm not saying it is, that's what the embassy seems to think), are:

- Find work. You being unemployed and dependent on your wife weakens your case.

- Ask your wife to visit you and spend time with your family in Pakistan as many times as she can. It is very important that she spend time with your family, not in other countries but in your hometown.

- If possible, have a marriage ceremony in your city/village with your family and relatives present.

- Get to know small things about each other, which they will ask you in the interview. (My husband and I prepared questionnaires for each other).

Thing is, for you, it is an uphill task to prove to the embassy that your case is genuine so no effort that you and your wife make to help your case is a big effort.

I know your right but my wife don't understand I told her to visit me in pakistan but she so scared to visit me I don't know why I told her but she don't listen to me I am so worried to death all the time and I have family members in qatar too and my two elder brothers living in qatar and my uncle and his wife living there and me and my wife don't care about our difference embassy have to deal with it if they cant accept that I don't know why they put our case in 9 months for administrative processing and then they returned to uscis its not fair to us they think we will give up but they are totally wrong lol

You really need to organize your ideas before writing, because if you explain yourself during the interview like you do in here, you will make everything very confusing.

You keep thinking that you have the right to receive a visa, and you are wrong. Your wife has the right to file a petition for you, and even when it was approved, the US. embassy is not forced to approve it.

Inmigration is not a right, is a privilege.

The other thing you need to keep in mind, is that the Consular officers are not there to determine if your love is real or not, they are simply trying to protect their country and their citizens by digging very well into every case. Not all of them are efficient (example: you still see a lot of people succeeding in visa fraud), but it's what they try. Once you understand that, you will be able to think about your case from outside, allowing you to fix some things.

I second the previous post's, where you were advised to find a way to spend more time with your wife. Someone posted before in this topic how she was making over 7 trips to see her husband, and she was still denied, keep that in mind before thinking that one more trip would make any difference. I'll advise for you to get a job, like @Dark Matter said, you depending on your wife's weakens your case, but also stop you from getting founds to pay for more trips to see your wife.

To be very honest, this will be a very long fight, and by any means, your chances are slim.

Your story is just too much out of the norm that it will be hard to get this going.

I think you need to consider moving to a 3. country with your wife as plan B.

I am sorry for you, but you must face reality. There is a big chance this will not work out for you.

Once your wife has visited and spend some time with you and met at least part of your family she will have fresh ongoing evidence for the NOID letter and can address all points in it also.

There is nothing else you can do now so stop stressing. Focus on the visit. I have seen far worse cases being reaffirmed.

Pakistan would be better but if she refuses to go there then Qatar is the chance you have to take. If it's possible for your father to go there with your mother even better.

Depends on where in Pakistan he lives.  My husband  was criticized for bringing me to Quetta..that it was endangering my life.  They also pleaded with me to never go back there while I'm waiting for my case to be complete.  I however am very happy that I went.   I loved being with my husbands family and wish I can go back but since the scrutiny we are fearful so we've vacationed elsewhere during our wait for him to come home.

Others have been chastised because they did not go to Pakistan. Of course it depends on the location there but generally speaking
they give beneficiaries a hard time when their fiances/wives have never visited their home country. It depends also on each CO's perspective.
