I will be filing for i-751 waiver and need some info please.

How can I use the credit card statement, wherein I was the authorized user, as proof? The statement has always been in my (soon to be ex)husband's name, as he was the primary account holder. My name is nowhere on the credit card statement.

You can go to the bank and have them print the account information.

Thanks so much for your quick response. I'll go to the bank and ask them. Will there be any difficulty in getting that printed as I am no longer the authorized user? Also, if they ask me the purpose of this request what should I say? I don't want my ex to know anything regarding this.

hmm.... If you are no longer an authorized user I'm unsure really. They should be able to provide you with something from their records at least. You'll have to go and ask. Just tell them that it's to send to uscis to show your joint financial history with the bank/credit union/creditor. Truth is always best :)

If the credit card is of the kind where both the primary and authorized user's cards have the same number, then in essence authorized user is just an additional name on the second plastic card. His/her name will not appear anywhere in the account documents.

We have one of those cards, and my plan is to include a photocopy of actual plastic cards with both names and the same number, and then several statements (that only have primary users information, as they should).

We have one of those as well and at least at BofA we could get a print out of it from the bank.

But, that's a good idea to add regardless :)

Yes, I had the same number. But I don't have the card anymore with me :-(

This is what I've done. Put two cards side by side and took a picture. Same names, numbers, ours was BofA, it also showed the month/year cards were issued.

Use https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action to get your credit reports for free. It might show the account on one of those, and show you as an authorised user. The one account I've been an authorised user on shows up, although it doesn't show the name of the account holder.
