Hi, I mailed my i-751 on 04/08/2017 and I didnt receive the NOA yet. The first and only document from USCIS what I received in 05/11/2017 was the I-797C with the biometrics date 05/18/2017. I attended the biometrics appointment, but I dont have the letter with the 1 year extension. What I should do ? My husband and I have plans to travel Internationally in August and my 2 year GC expires 07/25/2017. I dont think i will have the 10 years card until the travel date. Any help is much appreciated.

Same situation with me when I sent out my package a year ago. 2 options--you can either make an infopass appointment at your local field office, bring your passport and letters and explain your situation, and they will stamp your passport and give you a one year extension. Or you can call them and ask for Tier 2 officer and say you did not receive the one year extension letter. They will mail another one to you.

I actually did both.. called first, then went to get a stamp. I received a new NOA letter 2 weeks after i got stamped. The only thing is they took away my expired green card at the filed office, they said the stamp represents my legal status now--not sure if that's the common practice.

Best of luck!
