One thing for sure, you will fail if you do nothing. You have options, select the one the best fits you mentally and financially. Doing nothing, Im sure you will have nothing but regrets.

Lioness has experience in that and has offered to be of assistance and support. And remember  she was successful. Proof that you can make it.

Pray for the best, always have hope.

Does a robbery have any chance of being forgiven by the waiver that's my concern and I mean the hardship I can prove is that in his country there is a high rate of unemployment and I don't know if it will count but this whole thing is causing me anxiety , high blood pressure and even auicidal thoughts 😢

I've heard that unless you had a severe anxiety history before this whole process USCIS won't see it as a hardship or medical issue. Go to immigrate2us and look at the all the helpful info there. Unless you had medical history before the immigration process, USCIS sees it as made up in order to prove more hardship points. Of course there are also exceptions.

I know the situation is stressful but try to remain positive. I think with the help of Liz  Cannon you can have this problem solved. It might take a littler longer as planned but you will be reunited.

I never had high blood pressure before , but I've been to the doctor during the whole k1 visa process and that itself is very stressful and now I have high blood pressure and pains all over my body which I know is all from the stress . Thank you guys here from vj for all the advice it is very tough . Nobody should ever go through something like this 😢😢😢😢

It will be a refusal regardless of it is a fiance or spousal. You will need the waiver either way. It would be a great idea to consult with the lawyer recommended by LionessDeon, she has proven results.

Stay strong, I know its hard but remain hopeful.

Yes, sometimes consultations are free. But dont give up hope. I have been through a denial, for different reasons, but I know it hurts and makes you feel defeated. But you got to dust yourself and move forward. Make moves and as you complete the steps you will begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am so devastated really because it's so hard to be away from a person you love ❤️ but hopefully with the help of a lawyer and the waiver we will over come this . Thank you for your words once again and you must imagine how I feel now because you said you went through a refusal too .

If a waiver is approved and then the fiancé or husband gets a second interview at the USA embassy of his home country do they still have to pay the fee for the Interview as they did when they had the k1 visa Interview ??

I was reading online about waivers and I read that the waiver has a 15 years wait ??

No. Processing times are approximately 10-12 months. I believe I have posted links to the USCIS processing times.

No. You only pay the visa fee once.

Lizz Cannon gives free consults. Many of these questions can be answered by her also.

This week I will finally consult a lawyer to start my waiver process but  I would appreciate some advice.... I don't suffer from a major illness just the whole k1 visa process caused me hypertension and vertigo and I have a permanent job here in the state that I live I have qualify for affordable health care and my I also have to take care of my mom . Does it sound enough hardship for a waiver to be approved ?
