No help on this form the NVC is requesting.. They scheduled my interview for June 1st. In my husbands state they said to get the form he needs a bill with his name on it.. How can that be obtained if hes been here since he was 17 hes 33 now. I hope this dosent hold us up.

yes they want that too birth certificate and proof of residence basically they said a bill with his name on it.  or a voters card which he wasn't 18 so he never got one.

On the NVC website is says its not required if they did not live there for at least 6 months at the age of 18, but why is the NVC saying they need it If there website says hes basically not required to submit it.
