Hi guys,

I'm about 6 months out from the 2 year anniversary of my conditional green card. Would you guys recommend that I file my forms and fees sooner than the 90 days that they recommend on the website? Is there any downside to filing early? I'm seeing that its taking quite a long time for them to respond, so I figured I would start sooner rather than later. 

Any help is appreciated.

As others have posted:

Your application will not be accepted before the 90 days (even if you're only early by one day). Good on you for wanting to be proactive - take this time to make sure you have everything completely in order and ready to go. 

Use this website to calculate the earliest date you can submit

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html

Then send your package in on that day.
