I just filed for our annullment and no existing custody claims.. should've have included that one too right? But when we separated he didnt have any contact with us anymore and since my kid is still below 7ys old the law here is the child should be with the mother.. and hopefully he wont reach that age yet when our visa becomes availble. Im just really wondering if at the immigration they would ask for the fathers consent.. we have already travelled out of the country before to HK and there eveything was okay no questions asked, but idk if regarding with immigration going to US.

Im from philippines by the way..
